Electric Stabilizers Repair

I have a 2003 '34 Classic with electric stabilizers. Two work out of four work: one front, one back. Both on the curb side. Neither of the road side jacks work. Lots of loud clicking but no up/down. I'm crawling under it tomorrow. Any trouble shooting tips are welcome. I have the cranks but was not able to make anything happen even though the cranks seemed to be engaged. Help. DH

Called the factory. They gave me the info to fix. Put tension on the screw with the manual handle while pulsing the motor and it took off. DH.

I have had the same problem on my 30' '02 Classic. Putting the manual crank on mine loosened or moved them enough that they would then work as usual. They do crank kind of hard because you are turning the electric motor manually. Whenever retracting them now, if they go clear up to the bypass (clicking) mode , I immediately extend them a second or two to prevent them becoming caught in that mode. On mine I can hear the motor pull down a bit just before they hit the full up position. Hope this helps your problem!
