Ducted a/c grills fall off

Just returned from a 2,000 mile trip in our '16 26u and all but two of our grills fell off. I even tried a couple a dabs of hot glue on a couple of them and they still fell off. Several times they fell off when closing the door, but most of the time we would just find them on the bed or floor.
Anyone found a solution to this problem? Otherwise, the trailer was trouble free.

We only had 1 fall off. Went to the factory and all they did was put some double sided tape under the flange to hold it on. I hasn't come off yet in 4,000+ miles.
