water and LOTS of it, is the first best choice.
'slow' drains happen from NOT flushing the solids well enough (boondockers' reflux) and
sometimes are related to the POSITIONING of the trailer,
nose DOWN even a tad slows the galley drains on rear bed models
the opposite may apply to FB layouts depending on tank placements.

for grease, food, hair and others 1time goodies, that eventually settle in the traps...
AVOID the caustic stuff.
the caustic products are bad for the waste collection down stream (trailer tanks/fittings and park systems) and leaks are messy.
use
products that are enzyme/bacteria based just like used for the holding tanks...

there are MANY "rv specific" products sold,
but the
Roeb' stuff is widely available , less expensive, safe for septic and EATS pretty good.
