Dometic Refrigerator Leaning - Mounting Screws

My fridge is leaning out at the top, that doesn't seem to good... I looked in the manual, and it should have 2 screws at the top (and bottom, those look good). I thought maybe the top screws had come out, so I looked today up through the holes where you'd tighten/loosen them.

If I push the fridge back in, and look up, I see screws, but it seems that whatever the screws are holding are not holding the fridge? Not sure how that can be. Can the top plastic piece, where the LED temp lights are, be removed to have a better look? It appears to snap in, but I don't quite see how to pop it loose without breaking anything.

Sorry the pics are upside down/sideways... must be an iPhone thing!

Thanks!
