Dometic Air Conditioner only has HIGH Fan Speed

I have tried selecting Auto, Low, and Medium Fan speeds on digital remote control/thermostat, but my Dometic Air conditioning always runs on High speed fan. Does anybody have any suggestions on how to fix this?

You can try the thermostat reset procedure outlined in the manual. It worked for me.

It's like buying eggs. All you can get are Large, Extra-Large, and Jumbo.

Is there something that can be done to reduce it down from Jet Airplane to Hummingbird? Actually, I'd settle for Pelican.
