Domestic fridge fails to ignite on LP

We have a 30' 2003 Classic. When we initially had the trailer, the fridge would switch from AC to LP no problem. At some point, I kept hearing the igniter relighting itself over and over again, and so I took apart the cowling. The igniter must've burned itself out and now has failed. It lights if I light it directly with a lighter (LP is good), I cleaned out the parts, made sure there wasn't any rust in the flu or igniter areas. It just won't switch over and light on its own. Ran the stove for a few minutes in case there was air in the lines, replaced the electrode, still no spark. Still runs great on AC, or if I manually light it. But that's a pain to manually light it, and I don't want to remove all the panels/cowling to turn on the fridge externally if we are dry camping or just stopping somewhere on the road. Should I replace the re-igniter box? Am I missing something simple?

try moving the igniter tip a little closer to the burner and try to ignite. If it still does not jump a spark across the gap the igniter, little white box, may have failed.

Before buying a new one check that there is 12 to the igniter and if not check the fuse on the control board.

Thanks for the help. I ended up replacing the electrode, thermocouple and reignitor box. I'm fairly certain it was just the thermocouple that was an issue, but I wasn't sending any of the parts back. So they all went in, and it sparks every time. At least I didn't need to replace the circuit board.
