Question do over

howdy folks,
so heres the story... been building a house for a new to trailer's,
safari(1964? 10,984?) owner.
houses' about done so we've been spending time drilling out rivets,
removing walls to find mouse infested insulation and water soaked
insulation & a rotten floor and more mice. now its down to the frame & wiring.

anyway, now we see all the patches and holes in the bottom
the water & mice came in

well that brings us to some of my questions:
i assume the bottom should be water tight & rodent proof ?
what is the grade of aluminum to use for patches?
any reason not to up grade the 110v ac wiring ?
whats the best method for removing the layers of paint from the
interior walls? soda blasting or paint remover?
what the best way seal up the leaky wheel wells?
maybe solder/patch the galvanized inside and undercoat the outside?
any other pointers you'd like to share please do.

thanks,
rivethead
