Cutting the skin

I am starting the installation of the water heater, refridgerator and heater. I am looking for someone near me (St. Louis) that has cut holes in the skin to put all these parts in. I am just a little scared to try this alone.

Is there anyone out there that will work for food and ice cold adult bevies? I dont just want to send it somewhere I want to do the work but I really would love someone close to kick me if I am doing it wrong.

I have read about the evils of drinking beer so I quit reading.

Why do you need to cut the skin? All of the mentioned parts install from the inside.

The water heater is installed from outside, and modern furnaces and fridges vent in totally different locations from those in a 1953 Airstream.
