Cut it too short? No problem.
One of the sliding cabinet doors in the bathroom has always been hard to open on our '16 26u. So, I took it out and this is what I found. The doors slide in an aluminum track and the steel screws just didn't want to slide. I have some nylon screws that I am going to install closer to the edges of the door and I think it will cure the problem. The nylon screws are 8-32, so I think I will drill a 1/4" hole, fill it with JB Weld, drill and tap for the screws. I'll post a picture of the finished product.
