Closer Upper? Sealing 1966 Caravel

I have recently adopted, or been adopted by a 66 Caravel.
I’m sure there is a term for the fitting the land lines, electric and water, exit/enter the trailer. For lack of that knowledge I’ll refer to it as the “utility egress”.
Where would one find a cap to close the thing, I mean … where would one find a “utility egress” closer upper?

That is the same as the sewer connection. A cap for a Thetford sewer connection should do the job.

Our '65 Caravel has the same arrangement.
