Ceiling Vents

The round silvery thingies keep on falling out of the ceiling. Anybody have an idea how we can keep that from happening?

Thank you!

I put a little piece of duct tape to add a bit more friction. Worked so far.

Ducted air ceiling vents

Airstream has available modified vents. They are secured in place with 4 small screws. Call Airstream or your dealer and ask them to supply you with newer style vents.

A small hole is drilled at the end of the adjustment slot allowing you to place new vent into hole in ceiling and then drill 4 small holes at equal intervals. Then screw in 4 small self tapping screws as you rotate the vent cover. Very easy and simple fix.

Airstream installed these at JC in my 2017 Int. 23D at my first warranty visit. I have since sold that AS and now have a 2019 FC 25 RB twin. All the ceiling vents are now screwed to the ceiling. They still rotate and function fine.
