Can this part be purchased?

I am in the process of restoring the window latches on my '76 31' Sovereign.
I understand the proprietary bolt that runs through the latch is available at VTS, but what about this part? I have more of these broken (at the external threads) than the long bolt.
This part is non-magnetic, but doesn't look like any aluminum I have worked with. It has a press-fit bushing on the end opposite the external threads. It would be a shame to have to buy the whole latch (at $40+) just because of one part.
I suppose I could fabricate a few from a block of aluminum, but I would rather not if I can find any for sale (even used).

I replaced all of our latches with new "southco 62-10-21". If you buy them retail, they're about as expensive as the Airstream replacements. However, if you troll eBay, you can get various lots of them for quite a bit cheaper. In several cases, I was able to offer the seller less and get these latches for around $10-12 each.

That said, I have all my old latches. If you'd like them, including the part you've pictured, let's talk--send me a message.
