breaker points? solenoid?

Can anyone tell me what this is? It is hooked into the wiring harness of my '66 Tradewind near the front.

Hi, this looks like a circuit breaker for something; For what, I don't know.

Yes, an inline self resting circuit breaker, probably in the charge line to/from the tow vehicle. It also may have the power jack attached at that point.
