Cool Black bumps on grey gasket - exterior windows

I am trying to get what looks like mold, off of the window gaskets. It is black, bumpy and stuck like barnacles! Any fixes on how to get it off without ruining the grey gasket? The grey gasket is on the exterior, inside edge of the aluminum trim. It is a 1976 Land....
thanks!

It maybe the plastic bubbling up. Is it the gray gasket that holds the windows in the frame? I cut that lip off and sealed the window with Trempro-635. The gray gasket leaks and leads to double pane window water intrusion.
