I have a question? Is your lock cylinder damaged? Do you not have keys?
The easiest thing is to have a locksmith make a key for you.
If you want to remove the handle and key cylinder, first remove lock from door. Then remove four screws holding down cover plate over stem or latch. Remove all of the other parts covering the handle hold down screw. (note - if you have an older version, it will have a welded button holding the handle in place) Next, remove the pivot stem or strike pin which move by turning the handle. Once this pin is remove the cylinder I believe can be pressed out.

All of this is difficult to put into instructions, but maybe you get the idea.
