Any Suggestions? inspect a '93 Excella

I bought a 93 Excella 30 with rear bed and couldn't find anyone near Naples to inspect it, (closest moved to California). Airslide suggested checking the floors by the windows, particle board soft from water leaks, the frame needs a redo for surface rust, hope it's minor the rear drop down compartment for the tanks needs the front fixed from being pounded by sand (verticle facing), any other things would be appreciated, experience trumps intelligence any day HAHAHA.

Be sure to check the rear "trunk" area for water damage, nearly all Airstreams have it.
