Antenna problem from new camper

We have a 1988 Excella. The antenna crank is stuck. I have read all the answers on the forums but WD40 does not help. We are new to this. How do you remove the crank and where doi you find one to replace it with? Is there any way to raise the antenna without it?

It sounds like the gears might be messed up. Get on top ( have to go up on the side) and you will see a black cap with two screws holding it down. The cap may even be broken. That cap and the gears inside have to be in good working order for it to go up. When you get up there you will see what I'm talking about.

Out-of-Doors Mart and Inlandrv have the parts in stock
