Aluminum Corrosion Options?

After removing the wood interior pannels I realized I have corrosion starting at my seams. In addition, anywhere there are screws coming into the trailer (holding a hook for example) there is more corrosion. Any place I have dissimilar metals there is corrosion. I was told by an aircraft repairman that a product called CorrosionX would help stop progress in the seams, but it has a strong smell. I'd love to hear what the best options are for battling corrosion, and in attaching dissimilar metals to aluminum. I plan to replace all my screws with stainless. I heard there is a film type product that can be put between the steel and aluminum to prevent the corrosive reaction, but have no idea what it is called or where to get it. Any help/ideas on this subject would be greatly appreciated. Brian-

I re-bedded every single fastener with "Tef-gel". We use it on fancy yachts. Can get at most good marine stores. It's a little pricy.
