Goodness! Remodeling an Airstream can take a lot of someone else's time, and therefore a whole lot of your money. If you just send the whole thing out to be "remodeled," the shop will subcontract a bunch of stuff. Then they'll mark it up by 50% and give you the bill.
My suggestion would be to start with a prioritized list, then figure out the cheapest way to do each individual item.
Running gear and safety items would be first. If yours has the rear end separation issue, you might want to do that next...
