Airstream Factory Service?

Without belaboring this story, I took my '05 AS Classic to Jackson Center for a list of repairs and to say the least I'm quite unhappy with their service. For one the bathroom door facing was loose, they screwed it to the wall with cream-colored screws. Secondly, they replaced the tires and one of them leaks and thirdly I had a leak which was my primary concern and it still leaks. They've been nice about it and told me that they would make it right, but I'm 330 miles away and work. They did remove the door facing repair from the bill, however, I have to have a real carpenter countersink and plug the facing to conceal the holes. I'm going to pull the wheel and take it to a tire center for repairs. Thirdly, the leak really bothers me because it's damaging the floor and foldout table bottom. I spent $2500 there this trip and it may be the last, I've been going there for 15 years and this is the worst experience that I've had there. Maybe they have too much work? Anyway, I'm rethinking the service of my Airstream. Has anyone else had service problems there?

Purchased a new 2019 Globetrotter 25. First trip out kept getting a full blown shock entering the unit. A few days later joined the PA group and couldn't plug in, kept blowing breaker. Called dealer, did some detective work. Called the factory. Big backup (several months) but because we had a brand new unit, they got us in in three days and fixed a crushed wire. I'm happy.
