Air Conditioner/ furnace problems

My thermostat shows 32 degrees on Zone 2. The AC will not cool and the furnace will not shut off. I had the control board on the AC replaced and it worked for a week. Now it is showing 32 degrees again.I can flip the battery disconnect switch to on or off and it works fine for a few hours then back to 32 degrees. I am the second owner of a 2014 International Signature Onyx ,So no help from Airsteam or Dometic. All help will be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Troy. Have a look at my posts starting December 24 pertaining to the AC and then December 29 pertaining to the furnace. Both are now operating, I think, since the AC was running when I was south and I did get the furnacing running now that I am north. Very interesting that our units would have identical problems. Jim

I am not sure if the issue is truly resolved since we are in hibernation mode. Have a gander at the posts. I am cautiously optimistic that we have air and heat. Jim
