AC serial number

Where is the serial no. located on a Duo-Therm ac unit? Is it underneath the shroud on top. I need to order a new shroud fo my 2003 22' Int.

If it's like mine, you have to take off the inside cover and look up inside to see a data plate with the serial number on it. Take down all of the numbers, and there will be several. It was never clear to me which was the serial number and which was the model number. Anyway, the parts people will recognize the numbers.

The other day I was ordering a new white filter grille for the inside air intake. I had the inside shroud off my 13,500 Pinguin and with the parts person on the phone directing me.....NO PLATE UP INSIDE THERE. Finally ordered by verbal description and got the right piece.
