One comment not yet registered is most of us would recommend an Airstream shop to do repair instead of generic RV shop, since they have more familiarity and training around structure and construction of Airstreams.. Not all are really good shops, but the good ones are better than any other shops at shell repairs. That is also the kind of repair the factory in Ohio does well, though logistics are a challenge...
