'85 Sovereign 33' repair questions

I'm looking to possibly buy an 85 Sovereign. I had some damage from a storm and when I went to look at it I noticed that a few areas in the kitchen and shower stall showed signs of separation from the walls. I've read enough about replacing the outter skin to feel confident it's will within my experience to do it. I just have a few questions I hadn't found answers to.

1. How difficult is it to remove portions of the inferior? From what I've seen it appears to be kind of modular and things come out in sections, making repairs and replacement easier. Is that a correct assessment?

2. There is a noticeable difference in the coloring of the factory panels and the few that were replaced already. Will that disappear with polishing? If not, how do you handle it?

Thank you

I can't speak to the "difficulty" of removing, but I know that everything inside an AS went in through the door. The only thing I ever removed was the gaucho when we sent it out for reupholstering. It was actually quite simple.

the panels may be different aluminum and may never look alike. There are methods of changing the appearance, refer to Colin Hyde who has done this
