'73 Sovereign help in VA

I've gotten some terrific help from this site since I bought ol' Goldie ('73,31', rear twin, center bath) last year, and actually was able to get the door latch fixed at ODM, thank you!
I've been chasing leaks all spring, after the snow finally melted off. and am anxiously hoping to spruce up the interior for company coming the end of JUne. I have been looking for pics of what the original rear bedroom is supposed to look like. i.e. was there something on the walls behind the mattress to protect them from rubbing etc.? if anyone has pics of this, I would be most appreciative, or ideas on other alternatives used? and did the bottom curtain tracks go all the way around under the windows over the twin beds?
I also need a new toilet seat. It's the Aqua Magic GL. after looking on the net for replacement, I'm not sure if the new ones will fit. Does anyone know, or have any recommendations for a replacement?
Any feedback, input, advice would be moooost appreciated, thanks so much.

bed room

Yes. there is a cardboard piece with cloth over it to provide abit of insulation in case you roll and touch the outer wall. I hope this helps.

A "GL" is a "Galaxie/Starlight"? If so, check with Thetford, it's part number 36768 for Seat Cover (SL-SH) — White
or 36769 Seat Cover (SL-SH) — Parchment.

The pieces are held on by two pins. I've attached the manual, which has an exploded view in the "Parts" tab.

Good luck!

oops, forgot it won't take a PDF file. Here's a link to the exploded view:

The OP does still stop by ODM from time to time to get his trailer "fixed on".
