Depends on what your plans for it are. If you plan to do a whole custom interior and it is near to you then that price is OK and you save on the demo time. If you want to restore it to original... keep looking or offer what you're comfortable with.

Planning on putting a mobile store in it so I’d like to have it open floor plan so to speak but I do need power and ac. It is supposed to come with a ac unit though .

Will you provide most of, if not all, the sweat equity to get it done? That will make the difference in how much you will spend on a "rolling storefront". Professional conversions are expensive. I have a similar project with my 1967 Overlander (food trailer). I am providing all the labor to complete the project and that was how I structured my offer for the trailer. I wanted a complete, excellent condition, shell to start with. And, I salvaged a complete McDonald's kitchen before they renovated so I have almost all I need already .

If the shell is nice and the frame is just surface rust, then not a bad price.
Since you would have been gutting and replacing the electric in anything you found, this just saves some time. But if the shell is beat up, or the frame needs replacement parts, then you may want to think about it.

Not counting labor, I would estimate 20K for a trailer. so maybe 10 for a Store ???
Is the shell resting on the frame or are there shims ?
How do you plan to get it home ? That shell is not attached to the frame.

If your just doing a rolling store do you need a bathroom or appliances? You can save a great amount of money. Doing all the work yourself here is a real estimate on material based on my build. New axles $1500, electrical $500-$1000, subfloor $400-$1600(depends on material), flooring $200-$1000 (depends on material), a/c or heat pump 15k btu $700 or more, interior paint $200, frame repairs $100- $500, belly pan aluminum $400-$500, insulation $600-$1000 plus misc supplies $500. Total: $5100- $8000 plus cost of trailer. Double/triple the cost of any part if you hire out.
these estimates are not to discourage but to give real numbers. I paid $700 for my gutted 28ft argosy. I've done all the work myself. It will have all new appliances, new custom interior and custom paint exterior paint job, all new systems. Total investment $10k plus to many hours to count.
I hope this helps. There's nothing like an awesome airstream.

Thank you all for the replies ! Iím trying to do as much myself as I can . Iíve done this once already but in a converted fed ex truck so this is so much bigger and so much more scary. Iím terrified since I know so little about an airstream, no I know nothing about an airstream.

The owners are hauling it to me from 2 hours away. I was told it would be strapped down for the move. Iím attaching more photos so if anyone believes it wonít make that drive please do tell me .
