345 coach and ac wiring

I have a problem with the forward ac tripping GFI's in my RV garage. I had my electrician look at the issue. He said the rear D box feeds both ac units, and the forward ac has an issue with the ground and nutural wire, that is grounding out somewhere between the box and the actual unit. That, we need to re-string another romax wire from the box to the front ac unit.

When I am plugged into the shore power and or using the generator, no problem - the ac works just great.

Does anyone have any clue how to run new ac wiring from the rear bedroom D box to the forward ac unit????????

In the mean time, I had him discontinue the GFI's in the garage so I could use the on board charging system (keeping the coach batteries up).

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks

Eray

how do you know its the front Ac causing it? if it is the wire it would trip the GFI with the AC on or off.
You may also take a good look at your front transfer switch, which should be located under your front dinette bench

When I discovered the problem, I had just returned from an outing (and using the shore power with no problem) and when I plugged into my RV garage, the GFI flipped off. Over and Over, so I called my electrician, he troubled shot all of the wiring within the D box, (from where they started an ended( and the only set of wires that tripped the GFI was the romax going from the box to the front ac unit. The issue is when I connect to the GFI plug in. Nothing happens when I use the gen set, or a 30amp twist.
The electrician said the nutural wire is touching the black ground somewhere from the box to the front ac unit - that it needs to be restrung.

I hope you see it could be something else - I can't fine a way of re-stringing the romax from the back to the front - impossible to use the old romax to pull the new one - it circles around many things.

Your thoughts

The front AC wire does not run directly from the D box in the back. It goes to at least one other device, the microwave/ac selector switch. Since changes were made every year, I could not tell you what kind of selector switch you have.
Your generator has two circuits, 1 30 amp and 1 20 amp. Do you know which Air conditioner runs of the 20 amp circuit ? To find out you could start your generator and then flip the 20 amp breaker in the generator compartment and then see which AC does not work.
I also mentioned transfer switches that look at where the power is coming from and switch over accordingly. You should have those looked at.
I would ask an electrician to disconnect the AC wire at the unit and then check for ground fault on the circuit
Then move to the selector switch and disconnect all wires and check.
And if there is a transfer switch somewhere in that circuit, do the same
