3003 vs 5052 for Framing C channel

My local shop says they can get 5052 but they have 3003 lying about….

Which one should I go with?

.063 thickness

Thanks

And this is not for a restore or even an airstream but my "airstream-constructed-like canned ham" project.

And I'm doing 1.5 inch on all three legs.

And for the skins I'm using 2024t3 at .036

5052-H32 is stronger than 3003 H14. According to data I found. I would go with the 5052 and the second number does matter.

at 063" I doubt there'd be a problem with the 3003. With the 2024 on the interior skin and I'd guess on the OS too it would be better to stick with the one alloy but that's another can of worms for you.
