2017 Basecamp floor dents

I’m looking for some advice on how to approach getting my floor repaired properly. I purchased a brand new 2017 Basecamp and the floor was torn near the entry door and there was a small dent in the floor near the fridge. The dealership replaced the flooring but now it’s worse than before and I’m being told that it’s my fault plus I’m going to have to foot the bill if I want it fixed. Also the trailer has been at the shop longer than I’ve actually had it since February and I’m just trying to figure out if this is normal. Obviously there are going to be some issue that need to be resolved but I thought quality control would be a little better especially at this price. Thanks for any help you can provide!
