2016 25 ft Flying Cloud Lug Nuts
We purchased a lightly used 2016 25ft Flying Cloud. In changing our first flat tire, I discovered that several lug nuts had been damaged; the outer skin being somewhat twisted. My wrench would not fit. The end result was that I had to hammer my 3/4 socket onto several lug nuts. I went to the Airstream dealer and they insisted that all they had were 7/8" replacements and that 3/4" had been phased out. I would like to find the proper 3/4" lug nuts; as they fit better and match the original lug nuts. The barrier I have run into is that local part stores do not seem to have the proper thread count. I would appreciate any help someone can provide with confirming the correct thread count and a quality resource to purchase them. Thank you, John

I’m not sure if yours is the same as my 2012 27FB Flying Cloud but I - like many others - went with McGard product number 64010. You can find them on Amazon, local auto part dealers or other online retailers like:

Interesting. My 2017 27' FC came with solid lug nuts. Did you replace yours?

I purchased my 2017 25ft FC used in 2018. All the lug nuts were the crappy 2 piece design. Replaced with McGard 64010.

Just put the Mcgard 64010 lug nuts on our 25 ft 2016 flying cloud this summer.
Getting the old ones off was a challenge!

My 2017 also came with solid lug nuts.
Although I think they're 13/16".

I used the Mcgard 64010 lug nuts on our 25 ft 2016 Flying Cloud. I replaced them pretty much right away, after being alerted here about what could happen. I didn't want to run into issues while on the road.
You will need Qty 6 of this set of 4:

I had a similar experience with our 2016 19C Flying Cloud. I was very surprised and disappointed of the poor quality of the lug nuts with the thin outer layer. I thought AS would not have skimped on this. Regardless, I purchased solid lug nuts from my local NAPA store. It took them a while to locate ones with the proper thread but they were in stock. They were about $6 each.

My 2017 FC came with the two piece lugnuts also. I went with Mcgard too when changing wheels/tires out first year. Can’t go wrong with these nuts.

McGard 84550 is a full set for 4 wheels, looks the same as the McGard 64010 but one is replaced with a locking lug for each wheel. The cost is much less than buying them separately.

1/2 inch 20 thread count is a pretty common wheel nut.
