2010 Flying Cloud Interior Recessed Lights: HELP

We are sitting in the dark trying to figure out how to simply change a light bulb in our Airstream. This is one area the dealer left out of our learning tutorial. It is a 2010 Flying Cloud and the light fixtures are flush with the ceiling. Does anyone have a simple way to explain how to change the lightbulb? I know this is the makings of a very poor joke, but I am not kidding.

[The Driver]

you need a sharp flat head screw driver, place it against the outside of the inner most metal ring (the one that surrounds the glass part) and pry it away from the other rings, once you get it pried out enough you should be able to grasp the ring (with glass) and pull stright out of the hole. I just did this myself on sunday. Be careful not to scratch any metal. its easy to do.
