2003 Life Expectancy

So, we have a 2003 Classic. Not sure how much it has been used. It is in good shape. But just as a general opinion from the group. What is the life expectancy of items that can be replaced (for planning purposes).

I am specifically thinking A/C, Frig, Water Pump, etc. Already have started work on replacing the water heater.

I am on my third a\s a 73,86,90 the 90 we have now. I had put a new AC and frig in the 86. The frig died in the 86 after 24 yrs. The AC only because my wife is a germ freak and wanted a new clean unit. When we bought the 90 I swapped the new units to it. The old units were original and still working and went onto the 86. The new owner was told of the swap .you really can't put a time on them. AMT of use and environment make a difference . the only item on my 90 that failed was the water pump. Enjoy it and put a little aside if you want to cover a failure if you need to but don't obsess over it. They are meant to enjoy and destress you not worry you. The 18 yrs we have owned and used ours have given us much pleasure and some of the most precious memories with each other. My wife has some health issues so take all the time life gives you and enjoy it.

In my two 1988 trailers the AC's and the water heater's have been replaced. So have the water pumps (twice in the one we travel in). One fridge was replaced before I bought the unit 5 years ago. I think the other is original. The oven does not work in either trailer but we only use the top burner units. The brakes and wheel bearings replaced several times on one. The dump valves have been rebuilt in both trailers. The toilet replaced on one, taken out and repaired and replaced in the other. Both shower heads. All the faucets. The rubber gas hoses in both. Door lock in one. We use both trailers a lot. One travels, one sits.

'94 LY moho (from 2005 to 2011) - water pump & refrigerator circuit board; mechanical: you name it (Allison ECM, Bosch injector pump x 2, harmonic balancer, dash hvac)
'87 Excella (from 2011 to present) - water pump x 2.

I keep a replacement water pump wrapped in a plastic bag right beside the installed water pump - they go without warning and I can swap the replacement in in about 15 minutes.
