1995 Tail light housing (remove)

Anybody know how to remove the tal light housing on a 1995 Excella. Does it need to have panels removed on the inside? Removed the lenses, but did not see anything holding it on.
Thanks

It's held in place with rivets, "from the backside".

You can shear the rivets off with a putty knife, and then reinstall the tail light bezel with rivets or screws from the outside. Then seal it with Vulkem.

OR, you must remove whatever is on the inside to get at the inner part of the outside quarter panel.
