1981 Excella Lighting issue

If anyone out there can help. It seems that after my daughter had some freinds sleep over in the airstream I tried to use the lights and nothing DC worked. Checked battery (good) Inverter (good) Breaker Box (good). Im getting 13.4 volts from inverter into panel and with a voltmeter its working through the fuse panel. Tried evrything i know of. Any guidence would help.
