1980 Caravelle control center

Still waiting for my owners manual and service manual to come in. Question is did this trailer come with a control center for the battery water tanks and holding tanks like the other trailers we looked at? Found a bundle of wires coming out of the wall in the cabinet next to where the fridge goes. One set (one white one red) goes back directly to the fuse panel the others are all white four sets and a radio antenna. They look like they where factory installed. Could they just be prewired for something?

I have a 1980 Excella and should have pretty much the same stuff. I have the original owners manual if I can help you.
