1977 shuttle bus Conversion ????'s

What a great site. See my snowy23 member introduction for a look at my 1977 shuttle bus conversion project, and what a project. The PO has installed most everything a 24' moho would need. The layout is front bath/w shower, kitchen and rear bedrm. Dinette across from kitchen. Currently have some other questions.
1. How do I test the wiper motor and switch? I currently have no windshield-wipers. There are what appear to be two switches, I assume one for each wiper but only one motor.

2.Also where can I get a decent rivet gun and proper rivets for exterior window and skin work? I'm leaning towards removing one broken window in the rear and replacing it with one that is obscured by inside walls on the side.

3. Since I have a front bath, where would the best place be to locate a holding tank? Guess they were only interested in full hookup sites. I'll be underneath it today, but I'm almost sure the PO did not nclude a holding tank in the retrofit.

4. I think it has an older suburban nt16 furnace. How do I test it for operation? Can't seem to figure out how to turn it on.
Thanks for any and all help!!

The chassis is a P30 Chevy I'm sure so if you're looking for wiper parts try in the stepvan catalog.

I'd combine black / grey water into one tank and locate directly below the head.

Good luck with your conversion.

shuttle bus convert

Does anyone know where to get a wiring diagram for a 1977 p30 truck? I think it would help me a lot with just the basic dash wiring before it became a mh. Thanks for any help.
