1973 Mid Bath land yacht
Well I am a proud owner of a 1973 31' mid bath land yacht. Plans are to do a refurbish but not sure where to start? Does anyone have a check list? The pan underneath doesn't have anything hanging down and seem to be button up well. Do i need to pull the lower pan off? Only water damage i can see is in the bedroom below a window that has some rote.. Should the floors be replaced? Its a mid bath and the floor seems sold throughout the trailer. I am not sure of the history of the 73 mid bath but from what i have read its has less damage over the years then the rear bath..I've also read a couple of post that the axle should be replaced? It doesn't seem to have any issue with the axle and rolls free.. Any guidance would be very much appreciated.
