1973 Argosy need Jack handle

Its a 24 foot 1973 Argosy. The jack handle is missing and I was wondering if anyone had a sorce or part number so I can get the right one. Here is a picture. I might just have to measure the shaft and hole dia and look around but I though maybe someone had some info for me.

Easy one

Boy I wish my problems were so simple, I don't think a new handle will be easy to find, but an old, used one from some ones junk pile should be a possibility. Anyone that uses small trailers, like snowmobile ( I am from the cold north) wave runner, lawn mower, implement like the farmers use, and they use lots of them, I work on farms and could get you 3 or 4 in ten minutes around here, that would mean a business that repairs trailers, like R.V'S also. New jacks are all over also like tractor supply, harbor freight, our local hardware also stocks jacks. GOOD LUCK

A new manual jack is only about fifty dollars, and would work so much better.

How much do you like the old jack. You can probably find something at mcmaster.com that will work. You will need to know the shaft diameter and probably drill a hole for a roll pin in the handle.

The jack turns free and seems smooth just no handle I want to use it if I can. The one on my 1959 Avion is smooth as butter and much better than the jacks I have on my other newer trailers . I see new jack handels are easy to come by. I am just going measure the shaft on my jack and look for a new or used replacement.

I went to the trailer loaded the jack up with rust buster lube and it works great. I picked a new handle up at Farm & Fleet for 7.50 and will need to drill the shaft out a little to take the 1/4 " bolt and then it should be perfect.
