Mine had missing glass, so the floor was very rotted. My cabinets were missing, so you have a great head-start with the cabinets intact. The only original thing in my trailer now is the shower pan:-)

You're getting one of the very best years and models, but I am prejudiced.

One more suggestion for your rescue is to do something more than the lock to secure that suicide door. They do a lot of skin damage if they come open on the road.

Dang. Nice find. I'm almost done restoring mine... I would have loved that challege. Although, my wife says if I get another trailer, I'll be living in it.... Decisions decisions....

I'd add to that a set of towing lights. You can get them cheap at an auto parts store. You never know what condition the originals will be in. Great trailer and congrats!

Made it home! Covered all the broken windows and the top vents, going to start removing the old carpet and rotten floor this weekend!
