Break it down into a hit list of jobs to do. start with safety items first. Then fix the structure items like frame and floor rot. Then make it comfortable ie all interior stuff. Last make it yours with all your personal touches. If possible try to camp in it along the way.
When I first got my 1969 AS Sovereign. I fixed all the trailer lights made sure it was safe to tow then camped in it right away 3 or 4 times. Then I parked it for the winter and gutted the front half. I repaired all the floor rot put new flooring. Then I fixed all the plumbing. Last I put back and restored all the kitchen and living room. Next year I will tear out the bathroom and restore that but I WILL CAMP IN IT THIS SUMMER. Restored bathroom or not.

Wow that is rough. I hope you got a good price on it. From the looks it's need new axles and tires right away then you might be looking at a shell off restoration. It kills me when someone leaves something like this to rot. Just sell it to someone who will take care of it.

It looks like the whole front of the trailer is resting directly on the ground what's up with that.

It is now on tires and the jack was in the ground but actually works great. I is going on a piece of property I own and really only has two soft spots in the floor.

OH yea, BTW it was free. Just had to cut the ladies yard on her Antebellum home.
She also has a nice original Spartanette.

More cleanup than repair. stripped out carpet, Everything works, painted with latex but no dents..
will need to strip and polish anyway.

The perfect price for a project like that. You will get your chance to spend thousands on it later. Cool deal show us some more pics when you get her cleaned up a little.
