It seems there is a three year sliding window. However I have had two expensive accidents in the last two years. Neither which was my fault. State Farm has paid out $34,000 for this one and $34,000 for the last one.
I am now high risk.

Well not really. My entire left side has been re-skinned. That's a couple of scratches and dents gone that were there before the accident.

I can see thier point but I was moving away from State Farm anyway. They would not insure my bare land. I did not ensure my house with them and I was looking to change all my motor vehicles over shortly as well. They just upped the time table.

I dropped State Farm for my Home Owners last fall When I figured out they have been skinnin me on the premiums. State Farm has always been a handful to deal with and dont have a good record at paying.
I moved my Homeowners to my Automobile Insurance CO. My whole insurance Premium is only $300 a year more than State Farm was chargin me for just HOME OWNERS. Our new premium even include the Airstream.
