Salvaged disk parts

Anyone interested in the disks and calipers from the original (1977 in this case) brake system? All four are removed and all parts (disks/hubs, pads, calipers, bearings) are available. They all appear serviceable, but no guarantee that the pistons are free.

I'm taking them to the restoration rally in ABQ in June. There may be an attendee there who can ferry them out to a destination city, like L.A. or Phoenix.

Zep, drop by here on your way down to the rally, and I'll throw in some drums as well. They're left over after our axle replacement.

Zep, I would be interested in the discs. I need some spare parts for my set up. I can have a friend pick them up from your house in Palmer Lake (you may know him, Rollin Murphy).

Sound okay?

There are still some repair parts available for the original disc brakes.

That original brake system worked well, except in time, the actuator.

Instead of converting to electric brakes, some owners simply updated the system with a new style actuator, that no longer requires a source of vacuum.

So far, no complaints from them.
