Overload message when turn right

2005 Classic,30', 2010 GMC 2500 Duramax
Tekonsha controller. I get an overload no brake message when I turn right, returns to green when turning left and then straight.
Plug connector appears tight. Any suggestions before I roll in the dirt?
Wayne

First thing I would do is have someone in the cab watching the controller and move the umbilical code, at the truck connection, to simulate the stress on it while making a left hand turn. I suspect there may be a poor connection in the umbilical plug

Hi, happened to me too but while backing up, and very intermittent. First, while the overload message is on, listen to each wheel if you hear a ticking sound. that would be the problem one. take if off, open it and have a look. Probably either a bad magnet or a chaffed wire (which was my case) that rubs.

Got the same problem

A wire of the brake magnet was not correctly fix and rub inside the wheel
