Need help on how to access brake fluid reservoire on a 1997 airstrams cutter

I needed to add brake fluid and on my cutter 7.5L Ford I could unscrew the cap but impossible to fill up there is no room at all.There must be a way.I see a door on top but its right above my front windshield dash >>>>>help would be nice

I did fill it up with a small hand siphon but I am curious to know how its really done and also a brand name like Airstream that as been in the market for so long have done it this way.
Its the same to fill the engine oil you need good imagination to figure a way to put in your oil.....

Also the brake fluid reservoir is in front off the motor but you canot see it you got to bring your head inside and its above you engine hood and you can barely used your finger to removed the cap so you got a pump it up to the reservoire almost 1 feet up so you canot used a funel there is no room....
