Great Actibrake Service!

Hi all! Just a big kudos to Actibrake and their Service department.

I "purchased" (actually, only paid for shipping) an Actibrake hydralic brake controller from former forums member "Craftsman" a few weeks ago. He had upgraded his new Airstream Trailer's activator to one of the newer ones and didn't need this one. The only issue was that the wires were cut right at the opening on the box... and the box is sealed with special hex nuts that I wouldn't be able to access without some butchery.

Actibrake took the unit, re-wired it, cleaned it, put new fittings on it, tested it for a 1/2 hour of use on their bench, and then shipped it back to me - all for just the cost of me paying for shipping to and from them. They knew I wasn't the orginal owner of the unit.

They really didn't have to do this, as I was willing to pay for the service. I think this says a LOT about their customer service!

Can't wait to put it to use!
