Does anyone know if DirecLink works with a 2007 Lexus GX470?

The Tuson gets it's information from the on board diagnostic port in US model trucks and perhaps cars. Not sure if a Lexus has that standard port used here or has a proprietary plug-in for their mechanics.

We purchased the DirecLink NE for future ABS compatibility on the trailer when we convert from standard disc brakes to ABS disc brakes using the Tuson brake pump system.

Their site lists Toyotas 2008 and up but also sells a cable for 2007 Lexus GX 470s. Lexus uses the standard ODB codes.
