Dexter or Carlisle brake actuator

After rebuilding with the HELP of Andy at Inland R.V. and using it for 10 years the original air over hydraulic brake actuator needs work. I am switching to a electric over hydraulic. I am thinking of either Carlisle 1600 Hydrastar or Dexter DX series. Anybody have likes or dislikes on either. I would like to control it with a Tekonsha Sentinal but could switch. I have a local supplier for the Dexter any suggestions for a Carlisle supplier.
Thanks Tim

Welcome to the forums. I am in downtown St. Paul as I write this.

I believe that both actuators are quality products. I would get a Carlisle, myself, just because they have enough information about their product on their web site to convince me that they've thought it through and understand what they have to do to get it right. On the other hand, I don't believe I've heard any complaints about either manufacturer.

Tim, what brand did you end up purchasing? Inland replaced my air over hydraulic with a Carlisle 1600.
