Cheap disc brakes

I've seen alot, but there's a first time for everything. Glad we caught it before it did alot of damage.

You say that is part of the disc brake system? I have not seen the AS disc brake, but I thought it would be similar to the automotive kind.

The shoes held the outer portion in place, sort of. There was some scuffing on the inside of the rim.
