brake size for 1980 airstream

I need to order brake parts for my 1980 caravelle asap. I have no access to it at the moment or the manual (its in transit) hense resorting to this forum.....

Can someone tell me if the brakes are always 12x2" size and if dexter parts should always fit the original axles supplied on a 1980 Caravelle (24)?

Thank you

AS far as I know yes to your ?s,You may be better off buying the whole backing plate, with brakes attached, then you have new brakes, springs, magnets ,etc. Dave
