Brake Shoes, 2004 Limited

Having a buddy do the shoes and bearings on 2004 34ft Limited Slide out, what brake shoes do I need? can I gat them from NAPA, are they generic? or do I have to go to RV dealer?
Thanks,
Dan

it is often advisable to buy 'loaded' backing plates. you'll get new backing plate, shoes, hardware and magnet for almost the same price as the shoes. you can now also get self-adjusting brakes to stay adjusted between annual inspections. there are various places to buy them on the net.

Replacing the whole brake is the only way to go! $39.99 @ Electric Trailer Brake Assemblies at Trailer Parts Superstore
IMHO 5 bolts hold it to the axle (Bolts not included)
